Returns and Trial Period
All products include a 21-day trial period, starting on the day the product is delivered.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within this 21-day period.
Return requests must be submitted to SimplePleasureAudio before returning the product.
Returned products must be in original condition and include all original packaging and accessories.
Products that show signs of damage, misuse, modification, or visual alteration causedided by the user are not eligible for refund.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds will be issued after the returned product has been received and inspected. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
This return policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
